Peeler Thermo Physics
Designed to separate the skins of fruits and crops such as peaches, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, carrots, etc. Peeling consists of applying the fruits a change of pressure and temperature which allows the release of your skin.
The fruits are subjected to steam of high temperature that quickly heats the surface of the product, when a sudden drop in pressure steam is released under the surface of the food and the skin comes off.
Most of the material jumps to release steam, specifying a post cleaning to remove all traces of skin that remain attached.
